Hey y’all! Spring has finally sprung, but if you live in or around DC, it seems as if winter is trying hard to hold on. Now, before we jump into this new makeup-tutorial territory, here’s my disclaimer- I AM NOT A MAKEUP ARTIST. Okay, glad to have that off my chest. Now, if I am so adamant about not being a MUA, then why did I do this tutorial? Good question. A bunch of really kind people have asked me about my makeup routine. For some odd reason, they actually think I know what I’m talking about. I know this post seems extremely self-deprecating, but trust me the self-deprecation writes itself.  It took me awhile to get this together, and even longer to get the courage to post this, so here goes nothing.
